Terms of Service

These Terms are between you and AZALI SPOLKA Z OGRANICZONA ODPOWIEDZIALNOSCIA, ul. Sw. Waclawa 23/10, 26-610 Radom, Poland, KRS 0001130742, NIP 8982312678, REGON 52984633900000.

By using azali.io, Splot or another Azali service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Splot is organized around Projects. A project may be private, shared with invited people or managed as part of an organization.

Private projects belong to the user who created them. Shared projects are controlled by their project owner. Organization projects are controlled by the relevant organization according to its settings and agreement.

You may use the services for lawful personal, team and organization workflows.

You may not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, upload unlawful content or use the services in a way that harms Azali, users or third parties.

You keep ownership of content you create or upload. You grant Azali the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display and operate that content to provide the services.

Azali does not claim ownership over your private projects, shared project content or organization project content.

Project and organization administrators may manage members, roles, project settings, exports and deletion within their authorized scope.

Organization administrators do not get access to a user's private projects solely because that user joins the organization.

If you download an Azali mobile application from Apple, Apple is not responsible for providing support or maintenance for the application.

Your right to use the application is subject to these Terms and the applicable App Store terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the App Store related provisions.

Paid plans, if offered, may be billed to an individual user or organization. The checkout terms shown at purchase will apply to pricing, renewal and cancellation.

Consumer cancellation and statutory rights apply where required by Polish, EU or other applicable law.

We aim to provide reliable services, but no online service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may improve, modify or discontinue parts of the service while respecting legal obligations and active customer agreements.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Azali is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is not allowed by applicable law.
