Purpose
This DPA applies when Azali processes personal data on behalf of a business customer in organization projects.
It does not replace the Privacy Policy for individual private users.
Processing instructions
Azali processes customer personal data only to provide and secure the services, follow documented customer instructions and meet legal obligations.
The customer remains responsible for having a lawful basis to add personal data to organization projects.
Security
Azali uses technical and organizational measures appropriate to the service, including access control, encryption in transit, least-privilege practices, backups and operational monitoring.
Subprocessors
Azali may use subprocessors listed at /subprocessors. We remain responsible for subprocessor performance as required by applicable data protection law.
Assistance and deletion
Azali will reasonably assist customers with data subject requests, security incidents, audits and deletion or return of customer data according to the agreement and applicable law.
